I’m a Yoga therapist,
integrative oncology advocate,
patient navigator and young adult
cancer survivor.
I’m also passionate about the ways mindful self-compassion can support each of us in developing a kind, inner voice and why this matters for our health and healing.
My work focuses largely on how mind body medicine can support mental well-being in young adult cancer survivors, and finding innovative ways to bridge the gaps in survivorship care for young people whose lives are changed by cancer.
Supporting whole person well-being
with self-compassion and mindfulness.
Special Projects
In-Between
Adolescent Young Adult (AYA) cancer survivors face a number of unique health disparities and quality of life issues in-between key, developmental life milestones that can affect coping with the distressing side effects of cancer.
I’m so excited to launch, In-Between, where I’m working to bridge the gaps in mind-body medicine and therapy to connect young survivors with whole-person care.
Classes & Events
I share guided mind body practices live on zoom, and partner with community organizations on well-being events. Sign up for my newsletter to get notified on my offerings.
Advocacy & Speaking
I’m passionate about sharing my story and experience as a young adult cancer survivor, and how integrative oncology can create meaningful change in healthcare for other young people experiencing cancer.
Consulting
Creating compassionate environments and engaging experiences has the power to transform personal and collective well-being. Let’s co-create something meaningful together.
